REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees include the abstract booklet, conference material, all coffee breaks, three dinners (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) and a banquet (Wednesday).

To register (for the meeting and hotel accommodation), please fill in and submit the registration form.
Please make sure to fill in correctly the registration form and to indicate a valid e-mail address when you confirm your data in order to get a confirmation e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS

The full registration fee will be reimbursed for all cancellations before July 31, 2007. After this date, refund will not be possible.
