Registration deadline: Friday February 4th, 2005

The registration fee of SFr. 100.- (approx. Euro 65 or $80) must be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon registration. This fee includes access to the conference, the abstract book, lunches on Monday and Tuesday and the Welcome aperitif on Monday evening.

A conference banquet will take place on Tuesday evening. A limited number of tickets are available to participants on a first come first served basis. The price for the banquet is SFr. 75.-. Registration for the banquet must be made simultaneously with the conference registration.

You will receive a confirmation email within 5 days, once your payment has been processed. If you don't receive this confirmation email, please contact us again.
