Speakers will be given 20 minutes speaking time, followed by 10 minutes discussion

Audiovisual materials at your disposition

2 beamers

2 overhead projectors

slide projector

large conference blackboard

PC computer

separate projection room to check presentations (physical slides or power point)

microphones and laser pointers

Carole's recommendations for oral presentations

prepare slides using Power Point (PC version)

store slides on USB memory sticks (PC compatible)

ZIPs are not recommended nor are personal laptops from non EU countries.
