The poster template provided below (poster_template.pdf) can be used as an example when preparing your poster.

When to board posters: Wednesday at the latest. All posters will stay boarded for the duration of the meeting.

Poster board organization:  begins at number 7.  Your poster board number corresponds to your abstract number, e.g.  if you have abstract no. 11, go to poster board no. 11 and hang your poster there.
