On-line registration

All participants, whether presenting or not, are asked to register for the conference. 

Participant cost at registration time is $200 for speakers, chairpersons, poster presenters and those who would like to sit in. 

The pause-cafés and lunches are included in the $200 registration fee. 

Invited participants will be reimboursed during the meeting. 

1) Proceed to "Registration form" in the left hand menu. 

2) This form must be completed before submitting an abstract. 

3) For students and fellows wishing to receive a stipend, please indicate this need at the bottom of the registration form and complete the required information described under "student and fellow stipends."
